Aglio Olio Pasta

This recipe is very easy to 30mins you can have a delicious and healthy dish for your family.You can add some ham or meat of your choice but for me i love to add some dow miao leaves on my pasta i like the crunchiness on it and it adds some more flavor to it.

400 g pasta of your choice
1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
6 cloves of garlic minced
1 large onion finely chopped
1/2 salt (for cooking the pasta)
1 tbsp oil ( for cooking the pasta)
4 tbsp olive oil
Pepper( to taste)
Salt (to taste)
1 tbsp dried parsley
Chillie flakes (optinal)
1 cup dow miao leaves

1. In a pot boil water cook the pasta by adding salt and oil.Cook it for about 7 to 10minutes or according to package direction.

2. Meanwhile,in a skillet heat the mediumnheat and saute the onions for 2minutes then add in the garlic and cook for another 2minutes or until the onion soften already and the garlic  is lightly brown already.But make sure u will not burn it.

3. Add the pasta and switch the heat to medium low.Toss it well to mix if you see that the pasta is too dry pour in little by little the water u seperate from the pasta then add un the 1 cup of parmesan cheese mix it well then season with salt and pepper.Add in the dow miao leaves toss then add ib the parsleytoss again and cook for 1 minute.

4. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish it with remainibg parmesan cheese and chillie flakes.
