Chicken Adobo

This Filipino dish is braised in soysauce and vinegar with lots of garlic.It is easy to make but u will never forget the flavorful taste of this dish that u will surely love it..

9 cloves of garlic crushed
500 g chicken
Egg (optional)
4 pcs bayleaves
2 tbsp oyster sauce
6 pcs black peppercorns
1 and 1/2 cup water
1/4 c soysauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar

* Clean the chicken

* Marinade the chicken with soysauce, vinegar,oyster sauce and pepper for 1hr

* Transfer the marinade in a pot and add water and bay leaves cover and simmer for 30mins in medium heat

* Removed the sauceand pour 2tbsp of oil and saute the chicken for 5mins then return the sauce. 

* Simmer for another 10 mins and add the sugar
