Chicken Cordon Bleu

Though the name the sounds complicated but its easy to make.Can either fried or baked it defends on ur preference.This Chicken Cordon Bleu is composed of chicken breast ,ham and cheese.

3 pcs chicken breast
2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp calamsi juice
3 cups breadcrumbs
2 tbsp ground parsley 
parsley leaves to garnish 
2 cups flour
2 eggs
6 pcs quickmelt cheese

For the Sauce
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cloves of garlic grated
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

* Wash the chicken breast and pat dry with paper towel.

* Cut the chicken breast to open and use meat tenderize to flatten the chicken breast.

* Season the chicken with salt,pepper,and calamnsi juice.then set aside for 10 mins.

* In a big bowl beat the eggs set aside the put the flour and breadcrumbs in seperate plate.The procedure must be like this ( dry,wet,dry)

* Flatten the chicken breast in a clean surface.Spread the soften butter to the top of chicken follow by parsley ham,then cheese.Roll it and use the toothpick to close the end.

* Meanwhile heat oil in a pan.Dip the roll chicken first on flour then egg lastly to the breadcrumbs.

* Deep fry it until ot turns to golden brown then strain or pat dry with paper towel to remove excess oil.

For the Sauce
* mix all the ingredients
