Steamed Tilapia Fish

Though this recipe is very simple to make,but its ver good to your health.Because its stuffed with tomato,onion,ginger,garlic ,olive oil it realky blend with the fish once steamed already.

1 big tilapia fish (or any fish u like)
2 tomato cut into small.cubes
1 large onion finely chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
Spring onion
4 tbsp olive oil
3 slice ginger finely chopped

1. Wash the fish,removed the scales and the fins.Butterfy cut the fish(cut from below the head all the way before the tail to open up).Remove the gills and intestine of the fish then wash .Pat dry with paper towel.

2. Season the fish with salt.Set aside.for 5mins.

3.Mix all together the onion, garlic, tomato, ginger, spring onion, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

4. Get a alluminum foil and place the fish in the center then put inside the fish cavity the half of the salsa mixture then put outside the remaining and drizzle with a bit olive oil.Then close the foil to cover the fish.Stream for 15 to 20 minutes.
