Stir Fry Prawn with Broccoli


A healthy and easy recipe that u surely enjoy.This Prawn stir fry comes with a crunchy brocoli and a touched of oyster sauce and sesame oil.You can serve it as it is or with a plain rice.


INGREDIENTS
200 g prawn
1 small head broccoli cut into small floret
4 cloves garlic minced
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt


METHODS
* Clean the prwans removed the scale and head leave the tail.Set aside.

* Wash the broccoli

* In a pot heat 3cups of water in high heT bring to boil and cook the broccoli for 2mins strain and rinse with cold water then set aside.

* In a skillet heat the butter on low medium heat put in the garlic saute until fragrant then add in the prawns saute for 2mins or until it becomes pink color add in the broccoli.

* Pour in the oyster  stir well season with salt pepper and sugar cook for another 3mins then lastly drizzle with sesame oil and stir.

* Serve as it is or with plain rice enjoy
