Simple Corn Soup Recipe

Corn soup is a simple yet so delicious and nutritious recipe. It requires shredded  corn kernels and eggs. This recipe is very easy to follow and budget friendly that you surely love it.

2 cups shredded  corn kernels 
1 tsp minced ginger ger
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
3 eggs beaten 
1/4 cup spring onion
3 tbsp light soy sauce
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch (dissolve in w tbsp water)

1. In a Pot heat the oil and saute the ginger until fragrant.

2. Add in the shredded corn saute for 1 minute and add the chicken stock and water stir and bring to boil.

3. Pour in the light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Stir and cover let it boil for 5 to 7 minutes.

4. Add in the cornstarch mixture slowly while continuously stirring while cooking.

5. Stir in  the beaten eggs continue  stirring it. Add the spring onions and let it Cook for 2minutes.

6. Transfer to a bowl And serve.
