Bake Salmon with Asparagus and Carrots Recipe

2 pcs salmon fillet
1 lemon cut into wedges
1 carrots 
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Rosemary  leaves
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic powder

1. Wash the salmon and pat dry with paper towel. 

2. Put the foil in a flat surface and lightly coat with olive oil. Arrange asparagus and put 2 rosemary leaves and lemon, then place the salmon on top.

3. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder and drizzle with olive oil  rub it to coat the salmon.

4. Put the remaining lemon and rosemary on top of salmon. Arrange on side the carrots and asparagus  drizzle with salt and pepper and olive oil.

5. Fold the sides of aluminium foil up and over the top of the salmon until it is completely enclosed.

6. Bake for 25 mins. Served with steamed rice or salad.
