Bread Pudding Recipe




Quick and easy recipe that you will surely enjoy. You can use also left over  bread or frech loaf. In Philippines we used Pandesal Bread to make bread pudding but you can also use slice bread instead.



INGREDIENTS 
8 slice of bread (tasty bread) slice in cubes
5 eggs
1 cup evaporated  milk
1 cup fresh milk
1 can condense milk
2 tbsp calamnsi juice
1 tsp vanilla essence 
1 tbsp butter


METHOD 
1. Get a baking tray and spread the butter.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the evaporated milk, condense milk, fresh milk, eggs,vanilla and calamnsi juice mix together. 

3. Pour in the mixture into the baking tray.

4. Then add in on top the sliced bread the the bread zip a bit the liquid let it stand for 5 minutes then baked it for 20 minutes or until the top becomes golden brown.
