2 tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp milk powder 
2 tbsp pandan flavour 
3 cups bread flour 
1 cup all purpose flour 
1 cup warm water
4 tbsp butter
Bread crumbs for dusting 
2 eggs

  • In a big bowl, mix together the bread flour, milk powder, sugar, salt,  yeast and the powdered pandan flavour.  Mix well.

2. In a seperate bowl slightly neat the eggs and pour in to the dry mixture. Stir well and then slowly add the water till u form a dough.

3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes then slowly add in the butter then knead it for another 15  minutes or until it becomes elastic.

4. Oil the bowl and the dough cover then make it rest there for 1hr or until if double the size. Make sure it is in warm area.

5. When the dough rise already punch down the dough and divide it into two equal parts,using a knife or dough slicer.

6. Roll each into a log cut each log into 6 pcs or depends on ur size preference.

7. Flatten a bit the dough so u can put the cheese inside and close it then shape it into a ball.

8. In a baking tray put parchment paper and arrange the dough there with a inch gap inbwtween dough then dust it with breadcrumbs on top.

9. Cover it and let it rest for another 10 minutes.

10. While waiting preheat the oven into 350 F bake it for 10 to 15 minutes .
