TURKISH PIDE BREAD









1/2 cup bread flour
3 tbsp olive oil 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
250 ml warm milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1 sachet dey dry yeast 

TOPPING
nigella seeds or sesame seeds 
Dried or fresh parsley optional 


METHOD 
1. Mix all the dry ingredients until well combine.

2. Add in the yogurt mix well then slowly pour in the milk while continuing stirring it follow by the oil.

3. In a floured surface knead the dough for about 10 mins then transfer to a big bowl drizzle with olive oil cover and rest it for an hour.

4. When risen already take it out and put again in a floured surface and punched all the air out of it.

5 Devide the dough into two equal part . On a large baking tray oil it and place the 1 dough in the centre and stretch it to form rectangular or oval shape. Sprinkle the top with olive oil and cover then rest it again for another 30 minutes to rise.

6. Preheat the oven into 250C. When the dough has risen brush with olive oil and sprinkle with nigella or sesame seeds then using ur two fingers fresh the dough to form a design. BAKE it for 10 to 15 minutes.
